From every harvest, we set aside some of our best premium mushrooms and convert them into our dried products. Why would we take perfectly good mushrooms and convert them into dried up versions of themselves? Glad you asked:

  1. They are healthier. The process of drying mushrooms creates a chemical reaction that increases its Vitamin D content.
